Dr. Abiodun Aguda
Group Managing Director
Mr. Aguda graduated from Ogun State University in 1991 with a B.Sc degree in Economics. He began his working career in 1992 with Akinwale Stanley & Co. (A firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers) in Lagos. While at Akinwale Stanley & Co., Mr. Aguda brokered several mega deals. His brilliant performance saw to his meteoric rise to the post of Senior Consultant-Properties in 1994. He later proceeded to the University of Lagos for his post-graduate studies where he obtained his Masters Degree in Marketing in 1995. Upon graduation from the University of Lagos, Mr. Aguda joined Dream Finance Limited as Marketing Manager and also worked with Amicable Insurance Plc in same capacity. He later resigned to establish a property consultancy firm under the name Femab Global Ventures. He has over the years initiated series of private sector initiatives in estate development. Mr. Aguda is a resourceful and experienced property expert whose Midas touch and impressive performance led to the transformation of Femab Global Ventures to Femab Properties Limited. His numerous contributions to estate development in Nigeria, has earned him and the company several awards within a short period among which are: 1. Lagos Housing Fair Award For Excellence 2. Pillar of National Development (Gold Award) by Today's People International Magazine. 3. Patriotic Achievers Award by Franc Nolly Incorporation. 4. Property and Environmental Writers Association of Nigeria Special recognition Award to name a few. He is happily married with children.
Lanre Afolabi
Group Chief Operating Officer
He is presently the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) of Femab Group of Companies. To this position, he brings over 20 years’ experience, including management-level experience, in the financial services sector; ranging from mortgage banking through real estate investment/commercial banking. Prior to joining Femab Group of Companies, he was the DGM, Business Development Group of Homebase Mortgage Bank Limited, where he was responsible for the overall budget performance of the bank. Lanre worked with New Prudential Mortgage Bank (Now, Prudential Mortgage Bank) for over 3 years, where he served as the Group Head, Products & Marketing and also as AG. MD/CEO for over one year. He also worked at FBN Mortgages (Now, First Trust Mortgage) for over a period of 6 years and was at various times, the Business Development Manager (BDM), for Lagos & Ibadan and Branch Manager (BM), Abuja. He left as Head, Real Estate Investments & Mortgages and also served as a Management staff. ‘Lanre possesses significant hands-on experience in mortgage origination and financing, products development, construction finance for developers of multi-family housing unit or commercial projects and management of various proprietary real estate developments in the course of establishing viable portfolios at FBN Mortgages (Now, First Trust Mortgage) & New Prudential Mortgage Bank (Now, Prudential Mortgage Bank). However, prior to his joining First Bank of Nigeria Group, ‘Lanre has gained significant and diverse finance based experience having worked as Head, Private Banking, Branch Manager, Head, Credit and Marketing as well as in the Consumer Banking group of different banks. He has attended several courses in various aspects of Banking, Mortgages and Real Estate investments and financing. He is married with children.
Tosan Odili
Group Head, Human Resource & Admin
Tosan holds a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. She began her career with RMC Group, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Consultants, where she gained vast knowledge and experience in various financial advisory roles and consulting. She later joined Vic Lawrence & Associates Ltd as Assistant Advisor, Recruitment and Talent Management and later Head, Training and Organizational Development, having demonstrated proficiency in the execution of various projects. She thereafter joined Toptech Engineering Limited as Head Human Resources & Admin and later as Group Head HR & Admin. In her above 10 years, she has garnered experience in the area of HR consulting, project management and training. She brings to Femab, a combination of people skill, entrepreneurial aptitude and human capital. She is a member of the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
Gloria Amabiwendi
Head, Real Estate Services & Agency
Mrs. Amabiwendi is the longest serving staff of the company, having put in over 15 years moratoriums service in the organization, she has held various position and have risen through different strata of the organization until October 2010 when she rose to the position of the General Manager. She has a Diploma in Journalism and a degree in English which she obtained from Lagos State University. She attended various management and Marketing courses which include Effective Administrative Skills for Women Administrators by WODIA in 2012, Strategic Business Management /Leadership training by Strategic Business School in 2012 and in 2013 she attended Project Management training by Oak Interlink to mention but a few. The various training she has attended has improved her ability to act in her present position. She is one of the company's resourceful staff who has the customer Service relationship/management and data at her fingertips. She is happily married and the union is blessed with four children.
Temitope Peters
Head, Mining Group
Mr. Idowu graduated from Ogun State University with a BSc degree in Business Administration in 2001/02, after earning a National Diploma in Business Studies from Ogun State Polytechnic in 1997/98. He was the first benefactor of a 5 years NESTLE FOODS TERTIARY SCHOLARSHIP award to outstanding children of staffs in 1995 and 1998 respectively. He also holds a Diploma in British Immigration Law from the University of Herfordhshire, United Kingdom. He has attended several trainings abroad amongst which is 'Leadership management training' in Leeds, United kingdom May 2013 (Corporate Coach Group), Service Management at Lagos Business School in October 2013 to mention a few. He is happily married with children.
Adediran Aderinoye
Head, Sales & Marketing
Derin Adediran is a seasoned Commercial Banker cum Risk investment analyst who has served in various banks in Nigeria including Zenith Bank Plc and Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc with over 14 years relevant experience. He has a wide sales skills set and a keen eye for details, this aided his investment analysis expertise and the execution of his deliverables. Derin has served as the Acting Group Head of the Products and Marketing group at New Prudential Mortgage Bank Limited where he developed strategies to improve non-performing loans and created avenues to substantially reduce overheads and operating costs of the group. Derin was instrumental in the set-up of the marketing processes and development of strategies and products for the marketing group. He led the group in the development and completion of two residential estates in Lekki at N600M within the same year. He also served as the Head, Sales & Marketing at Homebase Mortgage Bank.
