This department operates as the construction arm of the company comprising qualified Civil & Building Engineers supported by Architects and Surveyors. It oversees and coordinates all civil works including building, road and drainage construction. The department has uccessfully executed the sale of over a hundred acres of land on behalf of various Land Owners and of which the department is responsible for the layout, planning, structural and architectural designs.
